10U Build-Out Line Rules

When the goalkeeper controls the ball with their hands or prepares for a goal kick, all opposing players must immediately move behind the Build-Out Line. This ensures safe and fair play during restarts.
The goalkeeper can pass, roll, or throw the ball to a teammate, but punting and drop-kicking are not allowed. Opponents may only cross the Build-Out Line after the ball is touched by a second player. The Build-Out Line also replaces the midfield line as the offside boundary.

Ensuring Fair Play Time for Every Player

All players who arrive on time and ready must play at least half of the match. This policy guarantees equal opportunity for skill development and game experience across the roster.
Players rotate so no one sits out two quarters before everyone has rested at least once. Goalkeepers in 10U and 12U divisions are limited to two quarters in goal to encourage field play and balanced growth.

Sideline Conduct & Referee Respect

Coaches and players must remain within their designated Technical Area, extending 10 yards on either side of the team bench. This ensures clear boundaries and maintains order during matches.
Spectators are required to stay on the opposite touchline from the teams to provide a safe and distraction-free environment. Respect for referees is essential; disputes should never be directed at officials but addressed through proper channels with Regional Coach Administrators.
